Return & Exchange Policy

 

              We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy.

 

  1. Returns

1.1. You may return any unused and unopened product within 7 (Seven) days of the delivery date for exchange if the product you received is damaged or have issues. 

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@hylyne.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

1.3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product, including the shipping address.

1.4. Once we receive your returned product, we will check the product and process your refund within 7 business days.

1.5. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

1.6. Please note that you will also be responsible for the value of any difference between the original and the new product.

 

   2. Exchanges

2.1. If the product you received is not the same you ordered, please contact us at support@hylyne.com with your order number and the valid details of your exchange request.

2.2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your original product.

2.3. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your exchange request within 7 business days.

2.4. Other rules are same as "Returns" section above.

 

Note that we will only accept the return if there is a valid reason and the product is in it's original box and/or packaging.
